debraDr. Debra Lawson trained as a Chiropractor in the USA and graduated in 1996. Prior to her Chiropractic education she practiced as a massage therapist for 8 years focusing mainly on NMT, Neuromuscular therapy. In her current practice in Cairns, she combines these two skills to give people the results they have been looking for.

Dr. Deb believes in an overall approach to health and for this reason she offers a variety of treatments for your speedy recovery and well-being.

Dr. Deb strives to make your chiropractic experience as pleasant and effective as possible. With this in mind, she has a state of the art pneumatic and hydraulic Zenith table that stands up to make it easy for you to get on and off the table, even if you are experiencing pain. Her Chiropractic adjusting table has drop pieces, making the adjustment thorough and gentler on the client. She practices using full spine adjusting, starting at your feet on up to your neck. One of her specialties includes neck pain and headaches, so if this is your problem, perhaps you should give her unique system a try.

In addition to full spine adjusting, she also frequently suggests using NMT, electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasound. Working from the premise that the body responds best when given a thorough treatment, (combining structural and muscular), she offers her own special blend of adjustments and therapies developed through years in practice. Your treatments will vary from visit to visit dependent on your progress and requirements.

Results are what Dr. Deb aims for with every visit.
